If you are trying to access the camera from within the college, see the link below and the directions below that link.
To view the live camera, select the Mpeg4 Encoder Viewer, click submit, select either modem or DSL/Cable and click submit. Select the 3 computers linked together icon. Choose new server, give it any name, use the username fitness and password fitness and IP address 192.197.60.14. After your first time, when you come back you can select the host name and it will enter all the necessary information. If you cannot connect, it may mean that the college network is too busy and you may have to try again later.
